Your use of such Payment Service Provider services will be governed by their own terms of use and privacy policy statement, which apply to their collection of your financial information, such as credit card information.
To the extent permitted by law, such information resulting from a transaction by you (except for certain confidential payment data), could be shared by such Payment Service Provider with us. We are not liable for any use or disclosure of information that Payment Service Providers receive from you.
You acknowledge and agree that any credit card and/or other billing and payment information that you provide directly to us may be shared by us with the Payment Service Providers solely for the purposes of checking credit, effecting payment to us, and servicing your account.

Please note that personalization of your website experience, based on your usage patterns, may persist after unsubscribing from marketing emails. To manage this personalization, you can adjust your cookie preferences or utilize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) settings in your browser. Web browsers may transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal, which indicates your choice to opt out of tracking across services and websites. However, our Service may not respond to all browser-based DNT signals.

We have launched My Data Redis Copilot (“Redis Copilot”), an artificial intelligence-driven chatbot currently powered by OpenAI API or any other service provider as determined subsequently for this purpose by us (the “Third-Party GPT”) that enhances user interaction and provides valuable assistance to any user of Redis Insight.
When you make a submission (“Input”) to Redis Copilot, Redis Copilot generates responses (“Output”) based on your Input and the relevant information in relation to such Input stored in your Redis Insight database (the “Content”). To do so, the Input and the Content will be transmitted to our systems, which will transmit it to the Third-Party GPT for a generated Output. As a result, Redis Copilot and the Third-Party GPT may process Personal Data included in your database. We advise you to review any privacy policies and practices prior to the use of Redis Copilot. Any transmission of Content to the Third-Party GPT will only be used for the purposes of generating Output and improving user experience.
In the event that we are determined to be a processor (as defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation, or other equivalent term as defined by applicable privacy laws), the Redis Data Processing Addendum shall apply.

We will update this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will post a notice of these changes on the Site and in this Policy.
